• Agreeability of the team leader
• To a lesser extent, the agreeability of each team member
• The physical condition of the riders
• The average performance of the team in the current season
• Transfers, depending on the agreeability and honesty of the NFT Rider or Staff Member that you buy or sell
• Having a new young rider directly participating in official Free Practice sessions without any prior experience on your test track
• With time, the team spirit will tend to a base level
